Why we roast
La Café Biblia started with a small drum roaster, a Saturday morning, and the conviction that ordinary work done well is worth something eternal. We still roast in batches small enough to taste every one.
Nothing leaves here that we wouldn't pour for a friend at our own table. That standard is slower and more expensive — and it is the entire point.
